Ghost Hunting?
Remember when I took the boys to David's weird work campus in February? John and I love that the boys are intrigued by things that are slightly scary or spooky but not TOO scary or spooky! Yesterday we decided to do a little 'ghost' hunting with them. John took them to some small church in town that is supposedly haunted. We let the boys take pictures of it. Then we all went to Gitchie Manitou State Preserve (supposedly haunted) and hiked around a bit. We have one photo that when enlarged looks pretty creepy and a short video with an anomaly that is unexplainable. Secretly, these two items of 'evidence' are nothing to worry about but let me tell you, so exciting and mysterious for the boys. Loved it!

That looks like a fun day for family. Where do the boys get that love of scary things? That park looks really nice...and the church, not too scary to me.
ReplyDeleteBoys are looking good as well as John. Can't get over how Burke's lips are pretty much identical to his Grandpa Mitchell's. So neat to see. Grandpa M. lives on in his grandson!
Keep having those fun times with the boys. They'll remember your time together.
good ideas I'd never have thought of. Interesting how Burke's porcelain milky smooth complexion is identical to mine!
