I knew there was a good solid reason!  

Great find today!  Swankolicious curtains, 6 panels for $20!!!  A little short, but I really don't want to make new holes for the curtain rod. Too much hassle involving spackle and paint. I'm up to my neck in paint already!  

Also found a possible eBay treasure I'll try to list on Sunday. Plus, two very springy Ikea fake art pieces. Man, good finds!  

So I started a massive project today and I'm already sore. I'm painting the upstairs plywood subfloor. Yeah. Painting it. Here's the first step in room #1. Primer. 

I'm also thinking of making this smaller room our bedroom and the bigger room an office/game room.  The smaller room is less hot and everyone knows I hate to be hot. Thoughts ?  I'm kinda excited to see if it turns out how I picture it. 

Check out mr. big shot cooking French toast!  He was extremely excited to show off this new skill learned via FACS class (home ec in our world). I think he looks so happy and cute, I can barely stand it. 

Boom!  Vintage handmade ceramic pendant lights!  The hubs got them for free. Yup. Free. Hard to photograph but I'm smitten. Plus each one has a different color inside when lit!  Turquoise, orange and yellow. Dreamy good. 

So...I haven't gotten to spend much time with my hubs since he's crazy busy w the new biz. It's kinda depressing. Yet, I'm excited for him, and the fam that he'll be more in control of his own stuff. So, I've started sending love texts once a day. He loves it, because I'm awesome. Here are some examples...

So apparently when you bleach your hair, it's not very easy to change it. Ya, wish I would have known that earlier but Whatevs. I found a product called 'color filler' and put that in then picked a darker blond  dye aptly titled 'coolest light blond' and gave it a whirl. I'm freaking out on how much I love it!  Man, who knew it was so time consuming and complicated to be so cute!
