My fandangled crock pot died on me. Lost about $10 worth of meat. Man, I was ticked!  Found this cheap replacement at target for $20. Cute right?

Spent today cleaning van out to prepare for the graveyard and lots of caulking on the exterior of the house. Kids are off of school tomorrow for some dumb reason. I moved my big black couch a little bit for the sole reason of hiding black rug from view. Its always looking like it needs to be vacuumed. Clever furniture manipulation is a cheap fix right?  

Hurt my back and couldn't figure out what I'd done, until I remembered cleaning johns office on thursday and scrubbing a non-waxed linoleum floor in the office kitchen for over an hour. I could barely move saturday and today (Sunday) I spent the entire day on the heating pad/ice pack. Horrible. Awful. But tonight, it's starting to feel better and I'm relieved. Big time. I never felt like I hurt it so it's been frustrating!  Here's what I looked at all weekend.

Here's my white chairs in dr. Painted turquoise cabinet in revere pewter and found mod mobile in top right corner for $1. May look a bit wash day and I'm still up in the air on the chairs but for now I'm done & on to the next project!

Painted the crappy looking side of our fridge w chalkboard paint!  Then, found chalkboard markers instead of real chalk. Thanks Pinterest!

Ps:  used two different types of white spray paint due to metal chair & plastic seats. Even with spray paint, these 4 chairs took forever to coat. 

Think I've died & gone to heaven. Reached only 55 degrees today, while yesterday was close to 100!  Even slapped on my favorite boots!
